Additional Information:: Tender documents (and additional copies) may be inspected and purchased for a non-refundable fee of Ghc 500.00 for each set starting from 21st October 2024.
Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of contract sum in the form of a Bid Bond from a Reputable Insurance Company. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the address below: The Secretaries, Entity Tender Committee Wa West District Assembly P. O. Box 648 Wechiau, Upper West Region.
Tenders shall be delivered to the Secretary, Entity Tender Committee, on the date indicated on or before 10:00GMT and shall be valid for (90) days after Tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected.
Tenderers are to submit their completed tenders with the following relevant documents:
1. Registrar General’s Registration Certificate.
2. Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate.
3. Valid and current SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
4. Valid and current GRA Clearance Certificate.
5. Valid and current Labour Clearance Certificate.
6. Valid and current PPA Certificate.
7. Power of Attorney
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the time and venue outlined in the table above.
