2. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 60 days after tender opening. Tenders shall be delivered to the Secretary, District Tender Committee on or before 10:00 hours Local Time on Wednesday, 27th November, 2024 at which time the tenders may be opened in the presence of tenderers who chose to attend.

3. All tenders must be accompanied by the following valid documents

1. Ministry of Water Resource, Works and Housing Certificate financial Classification D3/K3 or higher.
2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Valid Labour` Certificate
4. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
5. Water Resources Commission Drilling Water Certificate
6. Bid Security as indicated in the table above
7. Evidence of Registration with Public Procurement Authority
8. Valid Business Registration Certificate

Note: The employer is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender
4. Late Tenders will be rejected
