- Additional Information:
- 1. The Lawra Municipal Assembly, therefore, invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for the Construction/supply of the above-mentioned projects.
2. Tendering would be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Tenderers may obtain further information, inspect, and purchase Tender Documents from the office of The Municipal Procurement Officer at Lawra Municipal Assembly during working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m. at a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 500.00) only.
4. Tenderers would be required to provide the following:
1. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate;
2. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate;
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate;
4. Valid Business Registration Certificate (With evidence of Current Annual Renewed Receipt
5. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
6. Valid Works and Housing Certificate
5. Tenders shall be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the tender price and valid for 90 days after the tender closing date from any Insurance Company of good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission.
6. Completed Tender Documents should be addressed to the address indicated below and deposited in a “Tender Box” at the Conference hall at the Lawra Municipal Assembly on or before 10.00 a.m. on Thursday, 28th November, 2024. Tenders would be publicly opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:00 am. On, Thursday, 28th November, 2024. At Lawra Municipal Assembly Conference Hall.
