- Additional Information:
- 1. The Liaison Group for Mining in Production Forest Reserves (LG), acting through the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly, intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Tenders (“IFT”) is issued.
2. The Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and interested tenderers for the project as described in the description.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering process as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA).
It is mandatory that tenderers include in their Tender the under listed statutory requirements.

• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate of Commencement
• Valid Ministry of Work and Housing (MWH) Certificate (D3K3 and above)
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate or evidence of registration with PPA
4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Works Department of the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
5. A complete set of Tender Document in English may be purchased by interested eligible tenderers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and the payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00).
6. All sealed Tenders must be delivered to the Conference Room of the address below on or before Friday, 29th November, 2024 at 11:00am. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after deadline of tender submission. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on Friday, 29th November, 2024 at 11:00am
