- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authorities of the Republic of Ghana. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Ahafo Ano South West District Assembly and inspect the Tender Document at the address given below. Tenderers may tender for one or more and Contract may be awarded on the Lowest Evaluated Tenderer subject to satisfactory Technical Specifications and other conditions.
1. Tenderers should submit their tenders with the following requirements;
a. Valid Ministry of Water Resources works and housing (category D3, K3 and above
b. Valid Current Labor Certificate.
c. Valid Current Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Certificate
e. Valid Registrar General Certificate.
f. Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate
2. Interested Tenderers may Purchase Tender Documents at the Office of the Ahafo Ano South West District Assembly from 9:00am-5:00pm local time daily at the Procurement Office of the Ahafo Ano South West District Assembly upon a Payment of Non-Refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) as specified in the table above.
3. Completed sealed and signed Tender Documents shall be deposited in the Tender Box at the Conference Room of the Ahafo Ano South West District Assembly on or before 16th December,2024 at 10:30 hours GMT. Tenders shall be valid for a Period of 120 days after the Deadline of Tender Submission. Tenders shall be opened in the Presence of all Tenderers or their Representative who may choose to attend at the District Assembly Conference Room, Mankranso at 10:30 hours GMT on 16th December, 2024. Late Tenderers shall be rejected.
