Tender Description:: Construction of 1 No.3-unit classroom block at Krofofrom

Additional Information:: 1. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of GH₵300.00
3. Bidders will be required to complete and sign/endorse the Tender Securing Declaration Form inserted in the Tender Document and shall be deposited in the Tender Box allocated in front of District Chief Executive Office on or before Friday 13th December, 2024 at 11:00 am GMT, and will be opened at the same time in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend in the DCD’S Office.
4. Tenderers must submit with their tenders the following documents
a. Valid Business Registration Certificate (with evidence of current renewal)
b. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Labour Certificate
e. Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate or
Evidence of Registration
f. Valid Ministry Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3-D1K1)
