- 1. The Ghana Health Service, Greater Accra Regional Hospital (GARH), intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) to make eligible payments under contract(s) for which the invitation for Tender is issued.
2. The Ghana Health Service, Greater Accra Regional Hospital (GARH), now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers (Manufacturers and Wholesalers) for the procurement of the description below:

3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tender Method procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in line with the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from Tuesday,6th August, 2024 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., from Monday to Friday at the Procurement Unit in the Logistics Building
The Eligibility requirements includes:
• Valid Business Registration Certificates
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from the PPA
5. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fees of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵300.00) for each set at the Main Accounts Office in the Main Admissions Building
6. Sealed Tender documents must be delivered and deposited into the tender box located at the Main Administration in the New Building on or before to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m.
7. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration Form.
8. Tenders shall be-valid for ninety (90) days after the deadline of submission of Tenders
9. AIl Tenders must he quoted in Ghana Cedis (₵) and shall include all taxes as applicable,
10. LATE TENDERS SHALL BE REJECTED.
11. Tenders documents will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room- Family Medicine Building, Greater Accra Regional Hospital, Ridge at 10:30 am on Friday, 23rd August, 2024
