- 1. The C.K Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation of Internally Generated Fund to fund eligible payments under the following contracts.
2. The C.K Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Navrongo invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers/Contractors for the procurement of the under-listed contract packages.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from The Procurement Unit of the University and inspect the Tender document from 9:00am to 4:30pm each working day.
5. A Complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible tenderers on submission of application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana cedis (GH₵200.00)
into the University Account number 9021130002211 C.K Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Navrongo, Ghana Commercial Bank, Navrongo – Upper East. The bid security for the tender is 2% of the tender price.
6. Tenders will be closed on 24th February, 2025 at 10:00am prompt. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Completed Tender documents must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Procurement Directorate at The New Library Complex at the University.
7. Tenders will be opened on 24th February, 2025 at 10:00am prompt at the Council’s Chamber in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late Tenders will be rejected and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer.
8. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the Underlisted statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate (With evidence of current annual renewal receipt)
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• The bid security for the tender is 2% of the tender price
