- The McCoy College of Education, Upper West Region, Nadowli intends to apply part of its internally generated allocation to payment under the contract for the construction of 1 No. 5 Unit Dormitory Block and Renovation of Administration Block for development project in the College at Nadowli- Kaleo District in Upper West Region.
2.The McCoy College of Education, Upper West Region, Nadowli invites sealed Tenders from eligible contractors registered with the Ministry of Works & Housing in category D3 /K3 and the above for the under meBidders would be required to provide the following:
1. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Registration Certificate in category D3/K3 or above
2. Valid GRA Tax Clearance.
3. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
4. Valid Labor Clearance Certificate.
5. Valid Business Registration Certificate.
6. Valid Public Procurement Registration Certificate.
3. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid security of 2% of Tender Price and valid for 90 days after tender closing date from an insurance company of good standing with Ghana Insurance Commission.
4. Completed Tender Documents should be deposited in a “Tender Box” at McCoy College of Education Conference Room, Nadowli on or before 10:00 am on Tuesday 11th March, 2025. Tenders will be opened in Public in the presence of bidders or their representatives who chose to attend.
5. A complete set Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible Tenderers on submission of application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana cedis (GH₵500.00) into the College Account Name, McCOY T’TEL and OTHER DONORS, account number (4501120000609701) at Sonzelle Rural Bank, Nadowli or Wa branch.
6. Contractors shall be selected in accordance with the procedures for the selection of contractors set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
