- The Ghana Health Service, Regional Health Directorate – Northern Region, intends to apply part of its SERVICE AND DRUG REVOLVING FUND for payments under the contracts for which this Invitation for Tenders is issued.
The Northern Regional Health Directorate now invites sealed Tenders from eligible bidders for the procurement of the under-listed Essential Medicines under the National Competitive Tendering Procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
The following documents are required.
1. Company’s Registration Certificate
2. Current valid Tax Clearance Certificate 6. Pharmacy Council License (Essential Medicines Only)
3. Current valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate 7. A tender security of GHc4,000.00 Each
4. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate
5. PPA Certificate of Registration
A complete set of Tender documents may be inspected and purchased at the Regional Health Directorate, Procurement Unit Tamale, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢400.00) per each Tender Document at the Accounts Office of the Regional Health Directorate - Tamale, between 8.30am – 4.00pm each working day from Monday-Friday.
Completed tenders should be deposited in a Tender Box located at Procurement Unit Room 11 Upstairs Regional Health Directorate Main Block on or before Tuesday 22nd April, 2025 at 10.30 am prompt.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for submission.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders and or their representatives who choose to attend at the Regional Health Directorate’s Training Unit Conference Hall on Tuesday 22nd April, 2025 at 10.30 am prompt.
