The Chiraa Senior High School intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the supply of food items (Mercantile food products, Domestic market products, Canned products, and School Uniforms) towards the realization of the above cited project.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF GOODS:
The Chiraa Senior High School invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the procurement of the underlisted items.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.
a. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Headmaster, Chiraa Senior High School and inspect the Tender document at the address given below from 8am to 5pm on working days.
b. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee GH¢300.00 for each set.
c. Tenders must be submitted into the Tender box located at the reception on or before 25th March, 2025 at 10:00am. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for tender submission.
d. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Headmaster’s office at 10:00am on 25th March, 2025. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer.
e. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA or Evidence of Payment Receipt.
