Tender Description:: The Volta Regional Hospital-Hohoe, Volta Region intends to apply a portion of its Drug Revolving Fund and Internally Generated Fund for eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for Tender is issued.

The Volta Regional Hospital, Volta - Region now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the supply of the under listed items

Lot 1 (VRH/GHS/VR /FWA/NCT/EM/01/2025) : Essential Medicines - Various

Lot 2 (VRH/GHS/VR /FWA/NCT/GD/01/2025) : Non-Medicines Consumables - Various

Additional Information:: The following conditions are to be met by all prospective suppliers:

A. Evidence of Manufacturers Authorization i.e. for wholesalers
B. Food & Drugs Authority Certificate (where applicable)
C. Tender Securing Declaration
D. Valid Company Registration certificate
E. Valid Current SSNIT Certificate
F. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority certificate (VOLTA REGIONAL HOSPITAL GRA TIN V0010530010)
G. Valid Pharmacy certificate (where applicable)
H. Valid Public Procurement Authority Certificate (PPA)
I. Three (3) Referees from Recognized Institutions, (please attach evidence of work done-Award Notification)
J. Company Accounts details
K. Company GRA Tin numbers
L. Vat that your company is registered with (i.e. flat or standard rate)
M. Samples Are Required for Evaluation, All Samples Must Be Labelled and Delivered to The Volta Regional Hospital Procurement Unit.
