- Additional Information:
- The Nursing and Midwifery Training College of the Ministry of Health has decided to apply a portion of its Internally Generated Fund (IGF) allocation to eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Tender is issued.
2. The Nursing and Midwifery Training College of the Ministry of Health now invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the works below
3. Tenders shall be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering specified in the Republic of Ghana’s Public Procurement Act 663, 2003 as amended and the guidelines of Public Procurement Authority. Tender is opened to all tenderers who are registered under the laws of the republic of Ghana.
4. As part of the eligibility criteria for this tender, all Tenderers are required to register onto the Ghana Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Database on www.ppaghana.org and submit evidence of registration with the tender submission. This is a mandatory requirement for all tenderers.
5. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from below and inspection of the Tender documents between 9:00am – 4:00pm each working day at the:
Procurement Unit
Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Koforidua.
A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of written application to the above address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH₡500.00 payable with Bankers Draft in the name of Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Koforidua at GCB or Cash at the Accounts Office of the College from 7TH to 21ST March, 2025.
6. Tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Accounts Office of the College at the or before 21ST March, 2025 at 10:00 am prompt.
7. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for submission.
8. All tenders must be accompanied by a 2% of Total Tender Amount as tender security (Bank Guarantee or Reputable Insurance Company). Failure to comply will render the Tender non-responsive.
9. Successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer 5% Performance Security of Total Contract Sum from Bank or Insurance Company before work commences.
10. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Nursing and midwifery Training College – Koforidua on 21ST March, 2025 at 10:30am. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
