- 1. Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply a portion of its budgetary provision from Agrecifarm Grant Project (AGP) to cover eligible payments under a contract for which this Invitation for Tenders (“IFT”) is issued.
2. The Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the procurement of Office Equipment’s and Agrecofarm Laboratory Project Equipment’s.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University Procurement Directorate and inspect the Tender document.
4. A complete set of tender document may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application from Friday 21st March, 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) into Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University Internally Generated Fund Account Number 9040006169834 at any Stanbic Bank branch throughout the country and present a deposit slip at the Revenue Unit of the University or bankers draft in the name of Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University.
5. Tenders must be clearly marked with the description and the package number as indicated above, sealed and addressed to the;

6. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate (with evidence of current renewed receipt)
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Tender security of 2% of the total tender price with validity period of 90 days after the deadline of tender submission.
7. Tenders must be deposited in the tender box at the reception in the Administration block of the University on or before 10:00 am, 11th April, 2025. Late tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer. The tenders shall be valid for 90 days after the deadline of tender submission.
8. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Academic Chamber of the University at 10:00 am on 11th April, 2025.
