- The St. Ambrose College Education, Dormaa Akwamu, intends to apply a portion of its budgetary allocation for eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for Tenders is issued.
The St. Ambrose College of Education now invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the procurement of the above goods. Tendering would be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663), as Amended.
(3). Interested and eligible Tenderers are invited to inspect and purchase copies of the tender document at the Finance Office, from 12th March, 2025 from 8:00am to 5:00pm each working day.
(4). A complete set of tender documents could be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of GHS 350.00 to purchase a copy of the tender document. Tenderers will be required to submit the following:
(1) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate (2) Valid Business Registration Certificate
(3) Valid VAT Registration Certificate where applicable (4) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
(5) Valid PPA Registration Certificate or Valid PPA Registration Receipt
(5). Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11th April, 2025 at 2:30pm. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration specified in the STD (page 50) and must be accompanied with all the documents that have been stated in the tender document.
(6) Tenderers should tender for all the items in a Lot and may tender for one or two Lots
Late tenders will be rejected.
