Tender Description:: Local Farm Produce 11 Eg. Gari, Palm Oil, Corn Husk, Salt, Onion, Ginger

Additional Information:: AGOGO PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN’S COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (APWCE) intends to
apply part of its Internally Generated Funds for the Procurement of the under listed goods
The College invites sealed bids from interested suppliers for the supply of the above
items.
(2) A complete set of the Tender Documents containing the Lots in English may be
inspected from the Procurement unit and purchased made upon payment of a non-
refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵300.00) only at the Finance office.
(3) Tendering will be conducted through framework agreement tendering (FWA) procedures,
as specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663) as amended. All tenders must
be accompanied by the following documents; Business Registration Certificate, Valid
G.R.A Tax Certificate, VAT Certificate (where applicable), Valid SSNIT Clearance
Certificate, Valid PPA Registration Certificate.
(4) Sealed tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Conference Room of the
College on or before 11:00am on Friday, 11th April, 2025. Tenders will be opened
immediately thereafter at the Conference Room of the College.
(5) Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender
submission. The college is not bound to accept any tender.
(6) Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who
choose to attend.
