- The Atebubu College of Education, intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Funds (I G F) to fund eligible payments under contract for the procurement of the under listed items for 2025 Academic year.
.Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana
3 .Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding document between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm each day at The Office of the Principal, Atebubu College of Education, Atebubu to purchase document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢300.00 starting from the date of publication of this tender advert.
4. Bidders are required to submit the following:
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate With evidence of renewal
• Tender Securing Declaration form Signed
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate or Evidence of renewal
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
5. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of tender submission.
6. Sealed bids, bearing the address at paragraph 8 of this advert should clearly indicate the Lot Number and deposited into the Tender Box located at the Office of the Procurement Officer of the college on or before 10:00am on 8th April 2025 Late Tenders shall be rejected.
7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who may choose to attend at the College Auditorium at 10:00am on 8th April, 2025
