- 1. The Ghana Export-Import Bank (GEXIM) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of Desktop Computers, Laptops and Printers (GR/GEXIM/GD/NCT/001/2025), Procurement of Vehicles (GR/GEXIM/GD/NCT/019/2025), Supply of Original Toners (GR/GEXIM/GD/NCT/022/2025) viz,
2. The Ghana Export-Import Bank (GEXIM) now invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the Supply of Desktop Computers, Laptops and Printers, Procurement of Vehicles and Supply of Original Toners. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic Ghana.
3. Eligible tenderers must possess:
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate to Commerce Business Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA)
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid PPA Supplier Registration Certificate
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Head Office of Ghana Export-Import Bank and inspect the tender documents at the address given below at the Africa Trade House, Ambassadorial Enclave, Accra from 9:00am to 4:00pm during normal working hours, excluding public holidays.
5. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by the eligible Tenderers at the Head Office of Ghana Export-Import Bank located at Africa Trade House, Accra upon a payment of a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC500) for a set.
6. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before the following dates and times:
Procurement of Vehicles: Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 11:00am.
Procurement of Original Toners: Wednesday April 9, 2025, at 11;00am
Procurement of Desktop Computers/Laptops and Printers: Thursday April 10, 2025 at 11:00am
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of two percent (2%) of the Tender price. Late tenders will be rejected.
7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below on dates and times indicated in paragraph (6) above.
