Tender Description:
Construction of 1no. 10-Seater Water Closet Toilet facility with suspended overhead water tank support
Additional Information:
The Tumu Midwifery Training School intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations under the Internally Generated Fund (IGF)), to fund eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of the under listed.
The Tumu Midwifery Training School invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (N.C.T) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663 as amended) of the Republic of Ghana.
2. A complete set of documents in English may be submitted by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below.
3. A complete set of Tender documents may be inspected and purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS500.00) for each set. The method of payment will be by cash at the accounts office of the Tumu Midwifery Training School. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address during office hours from 08:00hrs to 05:00hrs GMT from Wednesday 26th March, 2025.
3. Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents:
a. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
b. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid Business Registration Certificates
d. Valid Works and Housing certificate (D3K3 and above)
e. Valid PPA registration certificate or evidence of registration
f. Valid Labour Certificate
4. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the tender price and valid for 90 Days after tender closing date from any Insurance Company of good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission or from a reputable Bank.
4. Tenders and supplementary documents all in English should be sealed in an envelope deposited into the tender box located at the Conference Hall of the Tumu Midwifery Training School on or before Monday, April 14, 2025 at 10:00hrs GMT and delivered to the address below:
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at the Conference Hall of the Tumu Midwifery Training School at 10:00am on Monday 14th April, 2025.
