- 1. The Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Gushegu (GNMTC) in the Northern Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply it`s budgetary allocation from the Internally Generated Funds (IGF) to eligible suppliers for payments of contract whose requirements are indicated in the Table below:
2. The Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Gushegu (GNMTC) now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above mentioned projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderer`s upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only at the College`s Accounts Office from 08:00 – 17:00 hours GMT during working hours starting from Friday, 2nd May, 2025.
4. Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located in front of the office of the principal at the address below on or before 10:00 hours GMT of 16th May, 2025. All Tenders must be accompanied with a Tender Security of the amounts stated in the table above for each procurement category. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer s or their representative who chooses to attend at the college`s Principal office at 10.00 hours GMT on the 16th of May 2025.
All tenders must be accompanied with the following valid documents
i. Valid Business registration Certificate/certificate of incorporation
ii. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate (Valid)
iii. SSNIT Clearance Certificate (Valid)
iv. VAT Registration certificate (valid)
v. Valid public procurement registration certificate ( PPA)
