- Additional Information:
- The Regional Health Directorate, Upper East Region intends to apply a portion of its funds received from Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) to eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued.
The Upper East Regional Health Directorate now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of CHPS Compounds with Accommodations under the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and the Amendment Act 2016, Act 914 of the Republic of Ghana.
Tender documents may be inspected and purchased at the Accounts Unit of the Regional Health Directorate, Bolgatanga, between 9:00am and 5:00pm each working day from Thursday 30thApril, 2025 upon payment of a non –refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) per each tender document at the Regional Health Directorate’s Accounts unit) in Bankers Draft or Company’s Cheque. All tenders must be accompanied by the following documents:
1. Valid Business Registration Certificate (Renewal mandate required)
2. Company Registration details (Form 3)
3. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate (Specific to the Project Name)
4. Valid SSNIT Certificate (Specific to the Project Name)
5. Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration certificate (proof of registration)
6. A tender security of 2% of the total tender price
7. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D1K1/D2K2)
8. Valid Labour Certificate (Specific to the Project Name)
NOTE: All the above documents must be valid at the time of tender submission.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days and an additional 28 days after tender submission.
Completed tenders must be deposited in the tender box located at the Procurement Unit of the Directorate on or before 10:00am on Wednesday 21st May, 2025. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Regional Health Directorate at 10:15am on Wednesday 21st May, 2025. Late tenders will be rejected.
