Tender Description:: Short term consultancy services to conduct end term evaluation with the following objective:
a. Assess the efficiency, effectiveness, relevance and impact of the project

b. Identifies/documents lessons learned and provides information on the nature, extent and where possible, the potential impact and sustainability of the project.

c. Ensure accountability for results to the project funder (i.e., European Union, STMA, Stakeholders and beneficiaries)

d. Provide recommendations that project partners and stakeholders might use to improve the design and implementation of other related projects and programmes.
