- Additional Information:
- 1. The Akatsi North District Assembly has received Funding from the Global Affairs Canada (GAC) under the Strengthening Investment in Gender Responsive Climate Adaptation (SIGRA) Project and District Assembly Common Fund (DACF-PWD) and intends to apply part to cover for eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of works and goods in the description.
2. The Akatsi North District Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the procurement of works and goods. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663), as amended (Act 1139) and with the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) from 9:00 to 16:00 hours GMT on working days.
4. All tenders shall be accompanied by the following documents:
(i) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
(ii) Valid PPA Certificate
(iii) Valid Work and Housing Certificate D2-K2 and above
(iv) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
(v) Valid Business Registration Certificate
(vi) Valid Labour Certificate
(vii) Any other documents indicated in the tender data
5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tenders are opened and must be accompanied by a tender security of 2% of Tender Price.
6. Tenders must be signed, sealed and deposited in a tender box at the Procurement Unit at or before 10:00 am on 5th June 2025, late Tenders shall be Rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.
