Additional Information:: 1. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Procurement (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for for IPF Borrowers sixth edition February 2025 which can be found ww.worldbank.org, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
