Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Food and Agriculture , West Africa Food System Resilience Programme's ( FSRP) Procurement Specialist, and inspect the bidding document during the office hours 9:00 hours GMT to 16:00 hours
The method of payment will be by cash to the west Africa Food System Resilience Programme (FSRP).
Electronic Bidding will not be permitted, Late bidding will be rejected.
Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrowers to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure form as included in the bidding document.
