- The Government has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the West Africa Food System Resilience Programming ( FSRP 2) and intends to apply part of its proceeds towards payment under the supply of heavy - duty equipment listed above .
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive procedure using a Request for Bids 9rfb) as specified in the Worlds Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers sixth edition .dated February 2025 which can be found at the following website www.worldbank.org/procure as is opened to all eligible Bidder as defined in the Procurement Regulation.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain information from the Ministry of Food and Agriculture , West African Food System Resilience Program's (FSRP) Procurement Specialist , and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 09: 00 hours GMT from the address given .
Please note that bidders will be required to disclose information on the beneficiary ownership pf their company to disclose information on the beneficial ownership of their company as part of the Contract Award Notice , using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure form included in the Bidding Document.
