- The Sekyere Central District Assembly intends to apply part of the District Assemblies Common Fund
(DACF) to fund the eligible payment for the procurement of Works.
The Sekyere Central District Assembly invites sealed tender from eligible tenderers for the
Renovation of the District Chief Executive’s Residence at Nsuta. Tender will be
conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) method specified in the Public
Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
2. A complete set of tender document in English may be purchased by interested tenderers from the Assembly
Through the accounts office to the address below and upon a payment of non-refundable fee of Five
Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS500.00).
3. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the District Coordinating
Director-Sekyere Central District Assembly.
4. Tender documents shall be made available from 8׃30am-5׃00pm during working hours.
5. Tenderers as part of their tendering process shall submit the following required documents;
i. Valid Company Registration Certificate
ii. Valid tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing.
iv. Valid Labour Certificate
v. PPA Registration certificate / Evidence of Registration.
vi. Valid SSNIT certificate
vii. Bid Security
Tender must be deposited in the Tender box located at the address below.
Deadline for tender submission is 10׃30am on Wednesday, 2nd July, 2025.
Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after deadline for tender submission.
All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security. Late tender will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of all the tenderers or their representative who choose to attend on
Wednesday, 2nd July, 2025, in the CONFERENCE ROOM of the Assembly, the Sekyere Central
