- Additional Information:
- The Bono East Regional Health Directorate of the Ghana Health Service has received funding from Global Fund to procure IT equipment for refurbishment and installation at the newly created Public Health Emergency Operation Centre (PHEOC). The Directorate has decided to apply its budgetary allocation to eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Tender is issued.
2. The Bono East Regional Health Directorate of the Ghana Health Service now invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Supply and installation of IT Equipment.
Tenders shall be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. Tender is open to all Tenderers who are registered under the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
4. As part of the eligibility criteria for this Tender, all interested Tenderers are required to submit together with the tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Supplier Registration Certificate from PPA
• Manufacturer’s Authorization or an Accredited Agent
5. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender documents between 9:00am to 3: 30pm from 20th June, 2025-9th July, 2025 each working day at the:
A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of written application to the above address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH₵ 800.00 payable in cash at the Accounts Office of the Directorate from 20thJune,2025 - 9th July, 2025.
6. Tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Procurement Unit at the Directorate on or before 9th July, 2025 at 10:00 am prompt.
7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Regional Health Directorate-Kintampo on 9th.July, 2025 at 10 :30 am. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
