- The Krachi East Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments for the tender detailed in the description.
The Krachi East Municipal Assembly hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the PROCUREMENT OF THE ABOVE WORKS. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased at the Procurement Office, Krachi East Municipal Assembly from Tuesday, 15th July, 2025, between the hours of 010:00hrs – 16:00hrs GMT each working day by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only in cash.
All tenders should be accompanied by the following documents:
1. Certificate of Registration
2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (Valid up To the Month of Tender Submission)
3. Valid Social Security & National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificate
4. MWH Certificates (D3, K3) and above
5. A Tender Security of 2% of the tender price
6. PPA Certificate (Evidence)
7. VAT certificate
8. Water Resources Commission’s Water Drilling License (Applicable only to boreholes)
9. Other documents specified in the tender document
Complete Tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Krachi East Municipal Assembly Hall before 010:00hrs GMT on Wednesday, 13th August, 2025. Late Tenders will be rejected:
Tenders shall be valid for 90 days after tender submission.
Tenders will be opened thereafter in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at 010:00hrs GMT, on Wednesday, 13th August, 2025, at the Krachi East Municipal Assembly Hall, Dambai.
