- The Nadowli - Kaleo District Assembly (NKDA) intends to apply part of their budgetary allocation from the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) to fund eligible payment under the contract for the Renovation of District Chief Executive Bungalow in Nadowli -Kaleo District.
1. The Nadowli Kaleo District Assembly, therefore, invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for the supply of the above-mentioned projects.
2. Tendering would be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Tenderers may obtain further information, inspect, and purchase Tender Documents from the office of The District Procurement Officer at Nadowli Kaleo District Assembly during working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m. at a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 500.00) only.
4. Tenderers would be required to provide the following:
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate;
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Ministry of Water resource, Works and Housing with category D3K3
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate
5. Tenders shall be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the tender price and valid for 90 days after the tender closing date from any Insurance Company of good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission.
6. Completed Tender Documents should be addressed to the address indicated below and deposited in a “Tender Box” at the Mini Conference hall at the Nadowli Kaleo District Assembly on or before 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 30th July, 2025. Tenders would be publicly opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:00 am. on Wednesday, 30th July, 2025. at Nadowli Kaleo District Assembly Mini Conference Hall.
