The Saboba District Assembly wishes to invite Tenders to cover eligible payments under contracts for the procurement of the underlisted projects.
2. Tender is open to all Tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the National Competitive Tendering Procedures of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Sealed Tenders are therefore invited from eligible Contractors with financial classification not below D2K2 for the execution of the works below:
. Interested eligible Tenderers and Proponents may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit and inspect Tender Documents at the address given below from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm local time from Monday to Friday. Complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢400.00).
4. Tenderers are required to submit their tender with the following documents:
a. Valid Certificate of Business Registration
b. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Labour certificate
e. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate D2k2 and above
f. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
5. Tenders and supplementary documents, all in English should be sealed in an envelope, in accordance with directives in the Tender Data and delivered to the address below by Thursday, 21st August, 2025 at 10:00 am at which time tenders will be opened in public at the District Assembly Conference Hall. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
