- 1. The Jaman North District Assembly in the Bono Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Fund (IGF) to cover eligible payment for the under listed projects:
2. Jaman North District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above mentioned projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act (Act 663, 2003) as amended, Amended Act 2016 (Act 914) and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. The tender is open to all eligible tenderers with Ministry of Works and Housing classification certificate D2K2 and above.
3. A complete set of Tender document may be purchased by interested bidders from Thursday 10TH July, 2025, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only for each Lot. The method of payment will be by cash at the Accounts office.
4. Tenders must be accompanied by Bid security of Three Thousand Ghana cedis ( GH¢3000.00) in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond from an insurance firm of a good standing with the National insurance commission
5. Tenderers are required to provide the following Information and Documents:
• Valid Registrar General’s Registration Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate
• Valid and Current Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid and Current SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid and Current Labour Clearance certificate
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate
6. Completed Tender document shall be delivered into the Tender Box at the Jaman North District Assembly, Sampa on or before 10:00 GMT on Thursday 24th July 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected. A Tenders will be opened the same day i.e. Thursday 24THJuly, 2025, immediately in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who may choose to attend at Jaman North District Assembly
