- The Yunyoo-Nasuan District Assembly has received funds from the central government under the District Assembly Common Fund and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the procurement of the following
2. The Yunyoo-Nasuan District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the execution of the aforementioned works.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended (Act 914).
4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased at the Office of the District Coordinating Director at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHSȼ 500.00). Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address during office hours from 08:30 to 16:30hrs GMT from Tuesday July 8, 2025.
5. Tenderers must submit with their tender the following documents:
A. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Cert. (D3, K3 and Above)
B. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (GRA)
C. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate (SSNIT)
D. Valid Labour Certificate
E. Evidence of valid PPA
F. Valid Business Registration Certificate
G. Power of Attorney
4. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the Conference Hall of the Yunyoo-Nasuan District Assembly on or before Thursday July 24, 2025 at 10:00hrs GMT and shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Tenderers or representatives who choose to attend.
5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 28 DAYS after Tender opening and must be accompanied by tender security amounts as indicated in the table above from a Bank or reputable insurance company.
Note: Late tenders shall be rejected.
