LOT 3
Description: Renovation of Existing Regional Innovation Centre (RIC) at HO ( Volta Region).
LOT 4
Description: Renovation of Existing Regional Innovation Centre (RIC) at Cape Coast ( Central Region).
LOT 5
Description: Renovation of Existing Regional Innovation Centre (RIC) at Tamale ( Northern Region)
LOT 6
Description: Renovation of Existing Regional Innovation Centre (RIC) at Koforidua ( Eastern Region).
LOT 7
Description: Renovation of Existing Regional Innovation Centre (RIC) at Kumasi ( Ashanti Region).
LOT 8
Description: Renovation of Existing Regional Innovation Centre (RIC) at Sunyani ( Bono Region)
LOT 9
Description: Renovation of Existing Regional Innovation Centre (RIC) at Takoradi ( Western Region)
LOT 10
Description: Renovation of Existing Regional Innovation Centre (RIC) at Prampram ( Greater Accra Region).

Additional Information:: The Ghana Investment Fund for Electronics Communication invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for the renovation of existing regional innovation centers.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663) as amended Act 2016 (Act 914).
All tenderers must attach the the following to their responses.
1. Signed Tender Documents
2.Tender security of 2% of tender price from a recognized bank.
3.Valid Social Security Certificate
4.Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
5.Classification Certificate
6. Valid VAT Registration Certificate
7. PPA Valid Certificate
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days.
