Additional Information:
1. The Government of the Republic of Ghana, acting through the Public Services Commission (the “Employer”), intends to apply a portion of the Government of Ghana (GOG) Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Invitation for Tenders (“IFT”) is issued.

2. The various contract packages expected to be awarded under this IFT is indicated in the description.

The Public Services Commission now invites sealed Tenders (“Tenders”) from eligible and qualified entities or persons (“Tenderers”) to provide the goods and works as referenced above.

3. More details on the requirements are provided in the Tender data sheet, Specifications, Bills of Quantities and Supply Requirements in the Tender Documents accompanying this IFT.

4. This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant “Tender Documents”. Qualification requirements are as described in Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.

5. A Supplier/ Contractor will be selected under a National Competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh.

6. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate .
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate of Commencement.
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate (where applicable)

7. Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Documents may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the following address: The Secretary, Public Services Commission, Box GP 1618, Accra, from 9.00am -5.00pm local time or e-GP portal (https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh

8. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be accessed by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) for each set of Tender Documents through Government Electronic Payment Portal ( Ghana.gov.gh) from Friday 25th July, 2025
9. Tenders must be submitted electronically via the e-Gh portal (https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh) at or before10.00am on Friday 22nd August, 2025.
10. Tenders shall be valid for the period of 90days after the deadline of the Tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by tender security as stated in the table above from a reputable bank or as specified in the tender documents.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission on www.ghanepps.gov.gh on 10.30am
