- Additional Information:
- 1. The Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) to engage competent and qualified service providers for the collection of advertising fees within the Municipality.
2. The assignment involves the collection of fees from various advertising media, including but not limited to billboards, signages, banners, posters, and branded installations, in accordance with the Assembly’s approved Fee Fixing Resolution.
3. The procurement is packaged in three (3) Lots, corresponding to the three Zonal Councils of the Municipality:
- Lot 1: Shiashie Zonal Council Area
- Lot 2: Abelemkpe Zonal Council Area
- Lot 3: Westland Zonal Council Area
Bidders may tender for one or more Lots, but each Lot shall be evaluated and awarded separately.
4. The Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible revenue collection firms or entities with proven experience in fee collection, enforcement support, and electronic reporting systems.
5. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit, Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly, and inspect the Tender Documents at the address below from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
6. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GHS 300.00 at the Municipal Assembly’s Accounts Office.
7. Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the deadline for submission and must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Valid Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
- Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
- Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
- Evidence of similar assignments executed within the last three years
- Business Profile and Technical Capacity
- Proposed Revenue Sharing Terms
- Evidence of operational logistics (vehicles, ICT, personnel)
8. Completed Tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Procurement Unit, located at the Assembly's Premises, on or before 18th July,2025 time 10.00 am. Late submissions shall be rejected.
9. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Assembly Conference Room immediately after the deadline.
