- Additional Information:
- 1. The Karaga District Assembly has received part of the project funds under District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) for 2025 Fiscal Year and intends to apply a portion to cover eligible payment for works and goods contracts whose requirements are indicated in the description.
2. The Karaga District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors and Suppliers for the Construction and Supply of the Works and Goods as indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 633) and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Karaga District Co-ordinating Director and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during working days.
4. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only, for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection, and purchase of Tender Document.
5. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on 12th August,2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at the Assembly Hall of the Karaga District Assembly at 10:00 hours GMT on 12th August,2025.
6. Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents as part of their tenders which must be valid as at the date of opening:
Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3, K3 and above)
Valid VAT Certificate (Goods Only)
Valid TAX Clearance Certificate - (Project specific)
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate - (Project specific)
Valid Labour Certificate - (Project specific)
Company Registration Certificate (Sole Proprietorship Only)
Certificate of Incorporation/Commence business (Companies Only)
Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate
Power of Attorney
