- Additional Information:
- The Sene East District Assembly (SEEDA) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) to cover eligible payments for the procurement of works below.
Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NTC) procedures specific in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guideline of Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested and eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of Procurement Unit of the Sene East District Assembly and inspect the tender documents at the same office from 8:00am to 4:00pm from 30th July,2025
A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchase by interested tenderers upon payment of non-refundable fee of Seven Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 700.00) only, for each set at the Assembly’s Accounts Department.
Tenders must be accompanied by the following mandatory documents
i. Valid business certificate
ii. Valid tax clearance certificate
iii. Valid SSNIT clearance certificate
iv. Valid ministry of water and resources, Works and housing certificate (D3- K3 and above)
v. Valid PPA Certificate
vi. Valid labour certificate
Bid security of 2% of total tender price (valid 120 days
Sealed tenders marked with the project description and location shall be deposited in the “Tender Box” at the Procurement Unit of the Sene East District Assembly on or before 10:30am on Thursday 28th August, 2025. Tenders will be opened at the same day in the presence of tenderers or their representative who choose to attend at the Sene East District Assembly Mini Hall at 10:30am on Thursday, 28th August, 2025. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. Late tenders will be rejected.
