- The Atwima Kwanwoma District Assembly of the Republic of Ghana has allocated part of its District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) budgetary allocation to cover the Purchase of the underlisted Contract:
1. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Tender documents (and additional copies) will be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of GH₵500.00 for lot 1, lot 2, lot 3, and GH₵300.00 for lot 4, lot 5
3. Bidders will be required to complete and sign/endorse the Tender Securing Declaration Form inserted in the Tender Document and shall be deposited in the Tender Box allocated in front of District Chief Executive Office on or before Friday 15th August, 2025 at 11:00 am GMT, and will be opened at the same time in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend in the DCD’S Office.
4. Tenderers must submit with their tenders the following documents
a. Valid Registrar Generals Certificate (with evidence of current renewed)
b. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Labour Certificate e. Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate or
Evidence of Registration
f. Valid Ministry Works and Housing Certificate
g. Power of Attorney if applicable
