LOT 2
Description: Construction of 1 No. 2-unit KG Block with Office , store, washroom, playground and Fence at Krobo
LOT 3
Description: Construction of 1 No. CHPS Compound and Nurses Quarter at Amasama No.1
LOT 4
Description: Drilling and Mechanization of 4 No. Borehole Water at Atta , Essaman and Amasama No.1 communities.

Additional Information:: The Shama District Assembly hereinafter referred to as the Employer invites sealed tenders form eligible tenderers for the project designated as follows.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect Tendering Documents at the office of the Shama District Assembly from 8: 30 am -5:00pm. starting from Monday 28th July 2025.
All Tenderers shall also provide the following;
- Valid Business /Incorporation
-Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Contractors Classification
-Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
-Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
-Valid Labour Certificate
-Valid PPA Certificate
