- The Birim District South Assembly now invites sealed eligible Contractors for the construction of the above . Tendering shall be conducted through the National Competitive Tendring(NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003,(Act 663) as amended Act,2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the District Procurement Officer and inspect the tender document at the address given.
Tender must be deposited into Box located at the address below on or before 11:00 hours GMT ON Tuesday 5th August 2025. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days as specified in Tender Data sheet after the deadline of tender submission . All tenders must be accompanied by tender Security of 2% of the amount stated in the Tender Data Sheet or Tender Securing Declaration.
