- The Kintampo South District Assembly has received funds from the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) and intends to apply these funds for the provision of basic facility in the District as follow;
1. The Kintampo South District Assembly therefore invites sealed Tenders from all eligible contractors as specified in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Act 663 and Amendment Act 914, 2016 of the Republic of Ghana with the following relevant Documents,
A. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing certificate (Category D3, K3 and above)
B. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
C. Valid Labour Certificate
D. Valid SSNIT Certificate
E. Valid Business Registration Certificate
F. Evidence of PPA registration
2. A complete Set of tender Documents may be purchased by interested Tenderers at the Office of Kintampo South District Assembly, Jema between the Hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm from Wednesday 6th August,2025 at Non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS. 500.00). Tender must be accompanied by a Tender Security Five of Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS. 5000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Certified Cheque or a Bid Bond from a Reputable insurance Company
3. A completed Set of Tender documents shall be deposited in the Tender box at the District Assembly Procurement Unit office at the address below on or before Wednesday 27th August,2025 at 10:00am.
A tenderer will be selected under National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003(Act 663) as amended and is open to all eligible firms as defined in the Tender Documents.
Tenders will be opened on the 27th August,2025 at 10:00am prompt in the District Chief Executive’s Office in the Presence of Tenderers or their Representative who choose to attend. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information from
