- 1. The Sekyere Afram Plains District Assembly has received funds from the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) as part of its share of the first quarter Allocation and intends to apply it to cover eligible payment for the Works packages indicated in the Table below
2. The Sekyere Afram Plains District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the execution of the works package indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) and in the Guidelines and manuals of the Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the District Procurement Officer and inspect the tender document at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT from 7th August, 2025.
4. Tender document (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Seven Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢700.00) only, for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter.
5. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below on or before 11:00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 19th August, 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives, who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Sekyere Afram Plains District Assembly at 11.00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 19th August, 2025.
6. In addition to the general requirements stated in the Tender documents, all tenderers should have the following:
Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid Labour Certificate
Valid SSNIT certificate
Valid Public Procurement Authority certificate
Valid Ministry of Works & Housing Certificate (D3,K3) and above
