Additional Information:: The Daffiama-Bussie-Issa District Assembly intends to apply part of its District Assembly’s Common Fund (DACF) budgetary allocation to cover eligible payments under the Contract as indicated in the table
Tender is open to all Contractors/Tenderers who have registered or intends to register with the Assembly as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Act of the Republic of Ghana. (Act 663 as amended 2016)

Selected Bidders shall satisfy the under listed requirements during Bid submission
1. Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Registration Certificate D3-K3 and above
2. Certificate to Commence Business
3. Valid tax clearance certificate
4. Valid SSNIT certificate
5. Valid PPA certificate
6. 2% Bid Security
7. Labour certificate
Interested /eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the scope of intended works at the Assembly
The Sealed Quotations will be conducted through the procedure for National competitive as set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663 (amended) and the Guide-Line of the Public Procurement Authority.
Sealed Quotations should be delivered to the Address below on or before 10:00am GMT on August 21st, 2025 and shall be opened immediately. A set of Tender Document is sold at a nonrefundable cost of Ghc500.00 at the address below
Late Quotations will be rejected.
