Additional Information:: The Dormaa West District Assembly wishes to use its shares of the 2025 District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) to execute the project below.
Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the public procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended in Act, 2016 (Act 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible Tenderers will be required to submit the following statutory Documents:
1. Valid Business Registration Certificate
2. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Valid PPA Registration Certificate.
4. Bid Security of 2% of the total Contract Sum.
5. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
6. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate.
7. Valid MWH Classification Certificate.
A complete bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders from Monday 11th August, 2025 at the office of the Dormaa West District Assembly upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) per document
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the Deadline for tender submission.
Tender must be deposited in the tender box located at the Procurement Office with the address below;
