Additional Information:: . The West Mamprusi Municipal Assembly therefore invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors of the following categories (Class D3/K3 and above). Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (N.C.T) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
. Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents:
a. Valid Registrar Generals Certificate (with evidence of annual renewal receipt )
b. Valid GRA Income Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Labour certificate
e. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Classification Certificate (D3, K3)
f. PPA Registration Certificate
