Additional Information:: 1. Nursing Training and Midwifery College, Kokofu, intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Fund (IGF) to cover eligible payments under the following contracts:
. Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3.Tender will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4.Tender documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of GH₵300.
5.Tenders must be submitted to the Procurement Unit on or before 25th August, 2025 at 10:00 am GMT and will be opened at the same time in the presence of the Tenderers who choose to attend in the Conference Hall.
6. Tenderers must submit a completed set of bids with the following document
a. Valid Business Registration Certificate
c Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
d. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate and Power of Attorney/if applicable
e. Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate/evidence of registration
f. Tender security of 2% or Tender declaration form.
