- 1. The Nkoranza North District Assembly in the Bono East Region has received its allocation of District Assembly Common Fund for the year 2025 and intends to apply these funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the procurement of works.
2. The Nkoranza North District Assembly (NNDA) now invites sealed Tenders from eligible contractors and suppliers for the procurement of the below works as detailed in the table.
1. Tendering would be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified In the Public Procurement Act, (663) 2003 and Act (914) 2016 and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana
2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Nkoranza North District Assembly (NNDA) District Co-ordinating Director’s Office, Busunya and inspect the tender documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily on normal working days
3. A complete set of Documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee as indicated against each set in the table above.
4. Notwithstanding the general requirement stated in the tender Documents the under listed requirements are expressly demanded.
FOR WORKS REQUIREMENTS:
a) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
b) Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Registration Certificate D3K3 or above
c) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d) Valid Registrar General’s Renewal Certificate of commencement
e) Valid Certificate of Incorporation
f) Valid Business Registration Certificate
g) Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
h) Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
i) Bid Security of 2% of Tender figure and valid for 120 days after Tender Closing Date.
5. Late Tenderer / Bids will be rejected.
Completed Tender Documents are to be deposited in a “Tender Box” at the Nkoranza North District Assembly at Busunya on or before 10:00am on Friday, 29th August, 2025. Tender shall be opened at the assembly hall in public in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
