- The West Mamprusi Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations under the District Assembly Common to fund eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of the under listed.
. The West Mamprusi Municipal Assembly therefore invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors of the following categories (Class D3/K3 and above). Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (N.C.T) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00).
4. Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents:
a. Valid Registrar Generals Certificate (with evidence of annual renewal receipt )
b. Valid GRA Income Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Labour certificate
e. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Classification Certificate (D3, K3)
f. PPA Registration Certificate
5. Tenders and supplementary documents all in English, bearing the address below should be sealed in an envelope with the inscription: TENDER FOR THE (insert project title) and delivered into the tender box located at the procurement unit of the municipal assembly on or before 10:00am Thursday 28th August, 2025.
6. Tenders shall be for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of GH₵ 5,000. Late Tenders will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at the Assembly Conference Hall at 10:00am on Thursday 28th August, 2025.
