Additional Information:: The Akrofuom District Assembly has received funds from the Central Government under the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) intends to use part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payment under the contract for the procurement of works below:
1. It is mandatory that Tenderers submit the requirement below with their tenders, failure to do so will constitute grounds for
rejection.
(a) Valid Business Registration / Certificate of Incorporation
(b) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
(c) Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust Certificate
(d) Valid PPA Reg. Certificate or receipt
(e) Valid Labour Certificate
(f) Valid Works & Housing Certificate (D3/K3)
2. A complete set of Tender documents in English for the above works may be purchased at a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GHC 500.00). The method for payment for tender document is cash only.
3. Tenders must be delivered on or before10:00am Friday, 12th September, 2025 at the Procurement Unit.
4. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Tender opening and will be opened on the closing date, which is Friday, 12TH September, 2025 at the District Assembly Conference Hall at exactly 10:00 am in the presence of tenderers representatives who wish to attend. Late submissions will be rejected.
